Trattoria Da Fagiolino in Cutigliano was opened in the early 1950s by Alvaro Innocenti, son of Cecco, nicknamed "Fagiolino" (String Bean) because he was tall and slim like a young string bean. This nickname inspired the name of the restaurant. The establishment offers traditional cuisine and authentic flavours.
