Trattoria Da Fagiolino in Cutigliano is a family-run restaurant and inn where local culinary tradition and hospitality have been passed down through generations. In his role as restaurateur, Alvaro was assisted by his wife Pierina, a memorable cook from Bologna. Today, the trattoria is managed by the third generation of the same family, namely Luigi, son of Alvaro and Pierina, supported in his work by his wife Paola and their daughters Stella and Diletta.
